The Core Centers offers an Evening Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (EIOP) which is geared toward those in need of support and treatment but who are unable to attend a day program. The program operates three evenings per week. Individual, small group, and family treatment as well as educational groups are provided along with groups related to early recovery and post-treatment acclimation into the work environment and community.

We are proud to provide an Intensive Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program that are individually designed for those who are employed in the local area and/or have a stable residence in which to reside. Intensive outpatient drug alcohol treatment and counseling allows an individual who is currently stable to meet their drug and alcohol rehabilitation treatment needs while continuing in their current employment and living situation.

Our IOP Program is based on a core curriculum and individualized treatment planning tailored to the specific needs of the client. Clients are treated for their psychiatric and/or chemical dependence issues. Clients participate in individual case management, small group or family therapy. The treatment staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, substance abuse counselors and therapists. Treatment for clients with co-occurring disorders also includes a focus on medication management and monitoring, coping skills, and understanding the relationship between addiction and psychiatric illnesses.
A main reason why intensive outpatient treatment is attractive is the fact those in the program do not require medical detoxification. This makes an IOP the perfect program for those who have complete formal inpatient drug treatment or for those whose addictions are considered less severe. The Core Centers patients will learn to develop the essential coping and problem-solving skills needed to continue working their recovery program while dealing with the pressures of their day-to-day lives.

Whether done on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting, patients who attend an intensive outpatient drug treatment program will learn how to express their emotions in regards to the challenges they face in recovery as well as receive guidance in how to process those past events that may have contributed to their addiction.
